The annual NAMM Drumcircle, sponsored by REMO, is free and open to all and is a fixture on Friday night at 5:30pm outside the front entrance of the Anaheim Convention Center, so put it on your calendar for next year (NAMM is usually held on the 2nd or 3rd weekend of January). Arthur Hull, the father of the modern drum circle movement and an all-round great guy, has been hosting and facilitating this amazing drum circle for 15 years and if you've never experienced a facilitated drum circle you owe it to yourself to give it a go. A few years ago Stevie Wonder joined in and there are usually lots of great musicians in the crowd, like Paulo Mattioli, Leon Mobley, Christine Stevens, & Robert Fishbone...considering it's NAMM, what else would you expect?
